North Branch City Council will be working on next year's budget. Lowering the taxes is our goal. We need to know what items are important to you to keep funding and what items you think we should cut/not fund to help lower taxes.

I am ok with not so much lowering taxes, but maintaining taxes as they are now. Items important to me & my family: (NO cuts )
School/Education
Maintaining Streets - I think N Branch does a fabulous job with snow removal, leaf pick up & street maintaince
Parks/Trails -again super job, well maintained, Central Park - always being used; from concerts in the park, Mid Summer; Fall Harverst, all parks are well maintained
Downtown Apperance - from Holiday decor, to flowering baskets, all a nice touch to a beautiful small town I love, KEEP THIS UP!
I think we do need a Civic Center/Hockey arena/Pool- but NOT RIGHT NOW, no taxes for this project yet
Library- Like to see better hours, more use
Police/Fire- move to a new building
